Belle walked around aimlessly for what seemed like hours. When she woke up this morning she felt depressed. About what? She doesn't really know. But she got dressed into jeans and a tee, ate breakfast, and told her dad that she was leaving and was going for a walk. So ever since about 9 she has been walking around. It was now about 3ish.
She arrived at a park. No one was really around except for maybe a few kinds and two adults. She walked over to the swing and sat down. She rocked slowly back and forth. She tried aimlessly to figure out why she was so depressed. She couldn't figure it out. It was annoying her a lot. She spent 30 minutes trying to figure it out and it just didn't make any since. Maybe she was just lonely. Maybe she was missing something. But she just couldn't figure it out.
Belle desided after about an hour of thinking about ti she was lonely. Sure she had friends and her father but she did feel left out at times. Everyone seemed to have someone they like. Or they are dating someone. Belle never had a boyfriend in her life. Not one. She wanted one but not just any one. Although if some guy came up to her and asked her out she might just say yes to him in a second, without thinking. But she was lonely in the boyfriend/girlfriend way.

Janine wanted to go somewhere, somewhere where she could just be alone. Away from everyone. She wanted to be alone... which was not like her. Not like Janine at all... she usually was the type of person who couldn't stand it without at least one of her friends around. She could tell that her twin brother, one of the people in her life who knew mostly everything about her, he knew something has been wrong with her. Janine could tell by the concerned looks he gave her that he's worried about her. She didn't mean to make him worried about her and he didn't have to be, really. After finishing getting ready and eating her breakfast, she decided to go to Leeland Park.
Janine put on her jacket and grabbed her purse and walked out of her house and got into her car (which was a green Jeta) and drove to Leeland Park. She parked her car and, after parking it, got out of her car and shut her car door after she got out. It's nice here. I can't remember the last time I came here. Janine thought to herself with a small smirk on her face as she locked her car and headed to the park to see more of it. The weather was a little chilly but it wasn't too bad compared to most days in Maine. Janine spotted a bench and made her way to it and sat down. She looked around and saw 3 little white birds. It was a rare site to see birds in Maine since the weather usually was cold. Janine watched them until they flew away.
After the birds were out of Janine's view, she pulled out a book from her purse. Janine read half of it already and the surprising part was that she didn't have to read it for a book report. Janine was just reading it because the story interested her and Janine never normally never read any book during her free time. The book was called If You Come Softly and it was by Jacqueline Woodson. It was really good so far to Janine. The book was about a guy and girl meeting at their private school in New York and fall in love but they have to cope with people's reactions. Janine remained seated on the bench and opened the book to the page where she left off and began reading silently to herself.

Belle looked up and saw a girl who walked by and sat down at a bench. She was reading the book If You Come Softly. Belle read that book once or twice. It was ok. Not her favorite but definatly on her top 100 favorite book list. Belle loves reading. She's read just about every love, romance, mystery, disney, adventure, etc. She was a book worm. She couldn't herlp it. But were just so interesting to her. She got lost in them all the time.
She got up and walked over to the girl. "Not to interrupt you or anything. But I wanted to let you know that I love that book. It was a good novel. I really hope you enjoy it." Belle sat down next to the girl. Belle now wished she had brought a book with her incased she wanted to read at anytime. But at the moment she wasn't thinking about that. She just wanted to get out the house and think to herself about what was running through her head.
Sure Belle got nowhere with that. All she did was deside that she was pathetic and lonely and was desprate for a boyfriend in her life. Which only brought her down more than before. So instead of making herself feel better she just made herself feel worse. Which isn't really a good thing. When your trying to make yourself feel better but fail and make yourself worse it really bites.

Janine was reading the book (obviously, lol) until she heard a voice. Janine looked up as she listened to what the girl said. After the girl finished and sat down next to her on the bench, Janine looked down at the book and then at the girl. "You weren't really interrupting." Janine first said in a friendly tone. "I'm half-way finished with it. It's pretty good so far and I like it so far." Janine said. Janine didn't know this girl, perhaps she was new? If she wasn't new, this would be maybe the second time that she met someone she didn't know. Janine pretty much knew everybody around St. Harbour, Maine since her dad was the county sheriff.
Janine didn't want to sound rude or anything but she wanted to ask. "Hey... if you don't mind me asking but are you new here?" she asked her. "I'm sorry if you aren't but you don't look familiar to me so I thought you were... Anyway what's your name? Janine asked her and smiled a little bit since Janine didn't tell her her name. "My name's Janine. Janine Richards." she said, she looked a bit regretful after saying her name with her last time since everyone knew the last name of the sheriff. Janine wouldn't be surprised if this girl asked her if she was related to the sheriff or something like that.
Janine was used to it. She didn't have any problems except when some people when they title her as nothing but 'the sheriff's daughter' or any other nickname. It bugged her and she usually got people to shut up and not call her anything... in front of her that is. She didn't know what people called her behind her back and she learned to careless about what people said behind her back. Janine wasn't hung up on it, it just simply bugged her.

Belle smied a tthe girl. "Im glad you like it so far." Belle knew it might be a little weird for this girl. Belle just radomly walked up to her and started talking to her out of no where. Could of freaked her out a little bit. But it doesn't seems that way.
Hey... if you don't mind me asking but are you new here? I'm sorry if you aren't but you don't look familiar to me so I thought you were... Anyway what's your name?
Belle smiled at her. "No I'm not new here I just dont leave my house that much." She looked over at the girl. "I'm Belle Hensen." She held her hand out for Janine to shake it. "So I tak eit you have lived her a while if you know like everyone who lives here."
She smiled at the girl. Belle didn't really get out much. It was a little sad really cause she didn't really have a life right now. She wished she did. Belle was too afraid to leave her house because of ___ Cole. He scared her. ___ Cole was, after all, really mean to her and did hurt her.
[ooc: sorry its short.]

Janine smiled at Belle, wanting to smack herself in the head when she told Janine that she wasn't new. Janine felt bad for asking her that now since she found out that Belle wasn't new... it seemed rude to Janine for some reason. It didn't seem to necessarily bother Belle so she officially stopped thinking about it, unless if Belle brought it up again or something. "Nice to meet you Belle." Janine said and shook Belle's hand.
"So I tak eit you have lived her a while if you know like everyone who lives here." Janine shrugged. "Yeah, I've lived here all my life. Besides my dad's job kind of requires our family to know everyone, but it's sort of nice to know pretty much everyone who lives here." she said. "So, how about you? I mean... how long have you lived here?" Janine asked her.
Janine wanted to keep that her dad was the county sheriff out of the conversation unless if Belle asked what her dad's job was since Janine brought it up. If Belle did ask, Janine would tell her the truth. Just if Janine did, she hoped Belle wouldn't get weird about it like some people did. Janine didn't see the big deal about it, honestly. It was just a job her dad did... to protect the county. Though some people, in school particularly, hated her only because she was the sheriff's daughter. Janine never understood why and she learned to not care about it. She had a feeling that Belle would be alright with it and not care much, maybe just be a little amazed about her dad or something... but Janine didn't know for sure.
{It's alright ;D I'm really sorry for the wait on my post & how short mine is... } [/blockquote]

Belle smiled at Janine. Belle maybe only had one or two friends here. She just might have another one. Maybe though. She couldn't really tell yet. But she did hope so. Its not like Belle didn't like her friends or anything. They were like family to her but it was nice to always have more friends right? Right.
"So, how about you? I mean... how long have you lived here?" Belle thought about it for a minute. "Um. I guess for a few years. I don't go out at all. I'm always at home. I go to school and then go straight home. If I go out its not for a long time." She shrugged. Belle honestly couldn't really go out. Since her mother died a while back, she's had to take care of her father. He can't really cook or anything so Belle does all of that. Cooking, cleaning everything a mother would do.
She started thinking about her mother. Some days it just hurt to think about her mother but today was not on of those days. All of the good memories Belle has with her mother are the best memories she ever has. Sure there weren't really that many but she still had some right? Some people go their whole lives without remembering who their mother was. Atleast Belle has some memories and can remember what her mother looks like.
[its ok. sorry if its a tad short I can't really think that much today. xD]
